I am trying to add a coach to WGS but it is not accepting it stating that they do not have a DBS (CRC) when they do.

They may have 2 FAN’s so contact Middlesex FA who will assist with this. Contact details for can be found here.

There may be some content on the certificate and the FA disclosure unit have written to them asking for it to be sent in. See attached for DBS process.
