Post Match Process

After the game is when your important admin responsibilities take place. You will have to complete two reports;


Misconduct Report

This report is to confirm all of the Cautions (Yellow Cards), Dismissals (Red Cards) and if there was any other misconduct in the game. This report MUST be completed within 24 hours of the game being completed and must be completed on the Referee Portal. https://referees.thefa.com if you have any issues with submitting your discipline please email discipline@middlesexfa.com 


Competition Report

This report is to confirm that they game has been completed or not and also will have some other competition specific questions and also ask you to rate the behaviour of the teams etc. This report must be completed on the Centre Circle App and must be completed within 24 hours of the game. A video showing you how to access the report can be seen HERE. On the competition report you will also be able to upload a copy of the team sheets that you were handed. If you have any issues with the competition report, please email referee@middlesexfa.com 


You have the ability to flag a competition report as urgent, PLEASE ONLY DO THIS if there has been any referee assault or match abandoned so that we know that we need to focus on these straight away.
